Q: Can you help me find: a location, rentals, a florist, and a photographer?

Jesslemel Foods can help you determine the location that is right for you – based on your budget and venue preferences.

Q: What are your prices for a buffet reception compared to a sit down?

All our menus are fully unique. At Jesslemel Foods we build your custom menu. A buffet comprises of more choices in the sides and salads, is more casual allowing guests to mingle easier and is more reasonably priced due to less labor. A sit down is a more formal affair, with a per head price that is slightly higher and uses more staff.

Q: Can I make up my own menu or make changes in your menus?

Absolutely! We love to help you create a special menu just for your party! If you choose one of the menus in our brochure, you are welcome to make any additions or changes you prefer.

Q: Does your service include plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc.?

Yes. Disposable white tableware is included in all catering jobs. We can also provide china dishware, crystal and various types of flatware for an additional charge through a party rental company.

Q: When do you need to know the exact number of guests who will be attending my event?

We request that you provide us with an expected number of guests which is within 10% of the final guaranteed number at time of reserving. A final guaranteed number is required 3 days prior to the event.

Q: How much time is needed to set up for my event?

Typically, we require one hour to set up. Some larger events take longer. Approximately the same amount of time is needed for breakdown and cleanup.

Q: Do you provide beverages?

We offer a complete line of non-alcoholic beverage services. Bar Tenders and servers can be supplied for client supplied Adult beverages.

Q: Do you provide staff to serve the food and beverage?

Each event is unique and priced accordingly. Generally speaking buffet attendants on the serving line are included. Wait staff can be arranged at an addition hourly charge.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

We ask for a twenty-five (25%) percent deposit for most events. This guarantees your placement on our calendar.

Q: Are you insured?

We are fully licensed and insured for product liability by the Hartford Insurance Company, proof of insurance upon request.

Q: What size groups do you cater to?

Jesslemel Foods can accommodate parties of any size! Whether you are have a small informal event of 20 or so to a gathering of 250, our staff is ready to meet your needs.

Q: Will you serve functions outside of Bucks County, PA?

Yes! We travel! Jesslemel Foods owns a licensed mobile kitchen and prepares many events right on site! (There may be a mileage charge, where applicable.)

Q: Can you cook on-site?

Yes! We love to bring our mobile kitchen to the client’s location! Just plug in and we’re ready to go! Jesslemel’s mobile kitchen is self contained with running hot water, freezer, refrigerator, ovens, fryers, grills and stove top burners, coffee makers, food holding warmers and 3 compartment sink. For Barbeques, we have 4 portable grills, tents, tables, ice cream cabinets. Some of our best events have been good old fashioned “cookouts”!
